Return Policy

  • You are allowed to return the item/s if you are not fit the size ordered

  • All the returned items will refund in store credit for your next purchase, you may use that to purchase the same item or your preferred item/s

  • No refunds are allowed once payment is made unless the item purchased is out of stock

  • The refund can be made if the BACKORDER item/s takes more than 4 weeks to arrive upon verification of payment

  • It might be possible that the BACKORDER item/s ordered might be discontinued by our supplier after the order is placed, and a refund will be done if this is the case

  • We only accept exchanges that are caused by obvious manufacturing defects. We can only change to the same item and we are unable to change to other items

  • All return items must be returned to our hands within 7 days from the date received of shipment and the items must attach with a tag, unworn and unwashed

  • The returned item/s must be inserted together with the packing slip and should only be returned via courier and a tracking number must be provided 

  • Buyers have to fully bear the postage fee for the return, whereas we CheongSam by Jane will fully bear the postage fee if there is a manufacturing defect or if receive the wrong item

  • SALE ITEMS are strictly not returnable or exchangeable

  • All EARRINGS are strictly not returnable or exchangeable
